Plagiarism Policies
This journal is committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity and ethical publishing. All manuscripts submitted to this journal must be original works and free from plagiarism in any form.
Plagiarism includes, but is not limited to, direct copying, paraphrasing without proper attribution, self-plagiarism, and data fabrication or falsification.
Plagiarism Screening
All submitted manuscripts are screened for plagiarism using plagiarism detection software such as Turnitin or iThenticate.
The editorial team evaluates the similarity report before the manuscript is sent for peer review.
Similarity Threshold

The maximum acceptable similarity index is ≤ 20%

Similarity from a single source must not exceed 5%

References, quotations, and standard methodological descriptions may be excluded from the similarity check
Manuscripts exceeding these limits will be returned to the authors for revision or rejected, depending on the severity of the similarity.

Author Responsibilities
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts are original and properly cited. By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that:

The manuscript is not under consideration elsewhere

All sources have been appropriately cited

Proper permission has been obtained for copyrighted material
Plagiarism Handling Procedure
If plagiarism is detected at any stage of the publication process, the journal will take the following actions:

Before Publication
The manuscript will be rejected or returned to the author for revision. -
After Publication
If plagiarism is discovered after publication, the article may be retracted and a retraction notice will be published on the journal website. -
Serious Misconduct
In cases of severe plagiarism, the author(s) may be banned from submitting manuscripts to the journal for a certain period.
All actions will be conducted in accordance with COPE guidelines.
Self-Plagiarism
Authors are not permitted to reuse significant portions of their own previously published work without proper citation. Any overlapping content must be clearly cited and justified.
Editorial Responsibility
The editorial board is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the scholarly record and will handle all suspected cases of plagiarism professionally, transparently, and consistently.
